Redroofs School for the Performing Arts is an independent Part Time Theatre Training School based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, England. The school has both UK and International links to the wider Performing Arts industry including Theatre, Film, Television, Commercials, and all media. Established in London in 1947 as the Gladstone School of Speech and Drama, Redroofs moved to Berkshire in 1964. Today, the 500-strong school is based in Central Maidenhead.

Through its agency, Redroofs has placed thousands of young people in professional engagements including The Bill, Casualty, The Madness of King George, Harry Potter (all films), and Tracy Beaker.
Redroofs trains children of all abilities and is run by the founder family. Graduates often return to share their stories, run workshops, and hold informal Q&A sessions about life in the arts.
